Our rules are in place to keep all players safe and the server running smoothly.

• You may not behave disrespectfully towards other players or staff.
• Swearing is allowed however, no inappropriate content is allowed, this includes aggressive or targeted swearing. Sexual talk or otherwise inappropriate talk of any nature is not permitted.
• No form of discriminatory behaviour is allowed. (Racism, Homophobia, etc)
• Controversial topics are to be avoided. (Politics, religion, etc)
• Please use only English in main chat, other languages are allowed in private messages.
• Advertising outside of AureusMC is not permitted.
• Refrain from discussing staff permissions, punishments and similar. If there is a concern privately speak to a staffmember or open a ticket via the discord.

• Scamming is not permitted to any degree. IRL deals (exchanging items for cash) are not allowed, other than for items/gift cards through our store.
• Items, Playerwarps, Nicknames, etc. must follow other network rules.
• Using a second account to gain any form of advantage, or to evade a punishment is not allowed.
• Do not intentionally disrupt other players, for example by claiming land right next to them, griefing around their land, etc.
• If a player asks you to leave their claim, you must leave.
• Impersonating staff or other players is not allowed.
• Threatening other players is not permitted, especially when this extends outside of the game. Threatening to harm, stalk or otherwise physically harass somebody is strictly prohibited.
• Utilise common sense. Don’t just “technically” follow the rules. If you think you shouldn’t, then you probably shouldn’t. If you are unsure, ask.

• Hacking is not allowed.
• No bug abuse, exploiting. Creating or obtaining knowingly duped items is not allowed.
• Xray is not permitted, this includes resourcepacks with transparent blocks - anything that allows you an unfair advantage.
• You may not utilise autoclickers or similar modifications. (Macros that automatically move your character, etc)

• Inappropriate builds are not allowed and will be removed.
• Player Trapping or TP Killing is not tolerated.
• Lavacasting/cobble monsters are not allowed.
• Casinos are not allowed due to Mojang's EULA.
• No repeating/blinking redstone or other redstone components that may cause excessive lag.
• Automatic farms are not permitted, this includes mob grinders. (Self harvesting)
• No excessive use of hoppers that are constantly being filled with items
• You may not create any form of build that would bypass the automatic kicking system for when you are AFK. This includes afk pools, movement plate contraptions etc.
• Claims can be removed after 90 days of inactivity.
