General Rules

Players use the National Dex OU or National Dex Doubles format, depending on the gym, for building their teams.
Players must adhere to the following clauses: Bag, Endless Battle, Evasion, OHKO, Sleep, Species and Stall Clause (a maximum of 3 status recovery moves).
Players may not use the following moves: Assist, Baton Pass, Last Respects and Shed Tail.
All Pokemon will be raised to level 100 in every gym.
Challengers must disclose their lead before the battle starts.
Challengers may not borrow Pokemon from other players.
Challengers may not leak gym teams to other players.
Mega Evolutions may not be used due to not being implemented.
Ogerpon-Hearthflame, Ogerpon-Wellspring and Ogerpon-Cornerstone may not run an item.

Leader Rules

Gym Leaders need to provide 2 teams (1 for each prestige) when applying for a gym.
Leaders must at least have 2 Pokemon of each gym type in their team.

Prestige I

Prestige II

Leaders may bring 2 restricted Pokemon, whereas challengers may bring 1 restricted Pokemon (for a list of restricted pokemon, see below).
Leaders may bring 1 alternate typing Pokemon, but this may not be one of the restricted Pokemon.
The following gyms run a doubles format: -> Rock -> Water -> Fire/Fairy
